Marshmallow icing

1 cup sugar
4 Tbsp water
1 egg white
marshmallows

Beat into enough to mix well before placing over hot water (in double boiler). Cook, stirring almost constantly for about 7 minutes or until holds peaks, then add 8 quartered marshmallows and heat about 1 minute more until dissolved.
