1/2 stick margarine
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 cup flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 cup walnuts
2 cups grated apples
Cream margarine and sugar well. Add remaining ingredients and bake in small pyrex pan for 1 hour at 300 F.
