Pork chops and rice casserole

Serves 6

6 loin porn chops, 1 inch thick
2 Tbsp butter
1 1/4 cups raw rice
6 slices tomato
6 slices onion
6 green pepper rings
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups beef bouillon

Brown the chops in butter in a skillet. Place raw rice in bottom of shallow large casserole, put browned chops on top. Place a tomato slice, onion slice and green pepper ring on each chop. Season to taste. Pour bouillon over and bake in 350 F oven 50-60 minutes or until chops are tender and rice is done.
