Creamy Ham Casserole

Serves 6
1 medium cauliflower
2 cups cooked ham, cubed
3 oz can sliced mushrooms
4 Tbsp margarine
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 cup milk
1 cup (4 oz) grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup soft bread crumbs
1 Tbsp melted margarine
Cook cauliflower buds in salted water until tender; drain. Melt 4 Tbsp margarine, add flour and milk. Cook until thickens, add cheese and sour cream. Pour sauce over cauliflower and ham which have been place in a 2 quart casserole. Combine bread crumbs and remaining 1 Tbsp margarine. Sprinkle over casserole. Bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 350 F.
