Sweet and sour chicken

Serves 6
2-4 boned chicken breasts
1 #2 can pineapple chunks
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp cornstarch
3/4 cup vinegar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp ginger
1 chicken bouillon cube
Brown chicken and place in casserole skin side up. Drain pineapple chunks, reserve liquid and add water to equal 1 1/4 cup. Boil this liquid with all ingredients except chunks for 2 minutes. Pour this thickened sauce over the chicken breasts and bake at 325 F for 30 minutes. Add pineapple chunks and continue baking as additional 30 minutes.
