Chicken Louise

1 large hen, cooked
1 cup uncooked rice
1 can mushroom soup
2 cups bread crumbs
fat from chicken stock

Cook hen; when cool cut into bite size pieces. Cook rice according to pkg directions. Mix chicken and rice in pan and cover with mushroom soup. Saute bread cubes in chicken fat skimmed from stock. Top casserole with bread cubes. Bake in 350 F oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
