Spoonable meat loaf

1 1/2 lb ground chuck roast
3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onions
1 egg, beaten
1 (15 oz) can tomato paste
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup ketchup
2 Tbsp brown sugar

Mix meat, crumbs, onions, egg, tomato sauce, salt and pepper. Place in casserole dish. Top with mixture of ketchup and brown sugar. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Use 10x6x1 inch casserole dish.
