3/4-1 lb ground beef
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp minced onion
1/2 can hot dog chili with no beans
Combine all ingredients and shape into loaf. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes.
