1 lb ground beef
1 chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1/2 cup water
2 (16 oz) cans whole potatoes (drain and slice)
tomato wedges
parsley

Brown ground beef and onions. Pour off fat. Stir in soups and water. Add potatoes. Heat and stir. Garnish with tomato wedges and parsley.
