Round steak

1 1/2 lbs round steak
1 chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup raw rice
2 Tbsp soy sauce
salt to taste
small amount oil

Brown round steak in oil, then cut into bite size pieces. Remove meat from oil. Saute onion and celery. Add mushroom soup, rice, soy sauce and salt. Stir well. Bake in covered 2 1/2 quart casserole 1 hour at 350 F.
