Marinated Flank Steak

1 lb flank steak
1 jar Catalina dressing
Yellow rice
green beans

Score steak. Put in plastic bag with dressing and massage dressing into meat. Marinate 2 hours. Prepare rice and beans. Place in bottom of broiler pan, place steak on a rack on top of vegetables. Broil steak on both sides a few minutes. (Juices drip down and flavor vegetables.)
