Serve 6

3 lbs chuck roast
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp red pepper (cayenne)
1 tsp salt
1 1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp oregano

Cut up roast in fourths and put into pan and cover with water. Add all spices. Cook 3-4 hours at medium heat. Let cool. Pick out excess fat. Mash and shred meat. Cook another 2 hours. Serve over hard rolls.
