Hungarian Goulash

2 lbs beef
3 Tbsp flour
2 Tbsp oil
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 bay leaf
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 Tbsp paprika
2 cloves
1/4 tsp pepper
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 cup water

Cube beef, flour, then brown oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 2 and 2 1/2 hours. Serve over hot noodles.
