Wild rice casserole

Serves 6
1/2 cup wild rice
1/2 cup uncooked long grain rice
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 (3 oz) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (5 oz) can water chestnuts, sliced
1/3 cup slivered almonds
Wash wild rice and add 2 1/2 cups boiling water, simmer covered 20 minutes. Add white rice, bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and cook 20 minutes longer. Cook onion and celery in butter until tender. Mix all ingredients and bake in casserole at 350 F for 30 minutes.
