3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup white sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla
Cream sweet potatoes and add the sugar, salt, eggs, butter, milk and vanilla. Put in casserole.
TOPPING: Cream together, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour, 1/2 cup pecans, 1/3 cup butter. Bake 35 minutes in 350 F oven.
