Candied Sweet potatoes

Serves 10

6 medium sweet potatoes
1 stick margarine, melted
1 cup sugar
pinch of salt
2 Tbsp flour
1 3/4 cup orange juice

Boil potatoes until done. Peel and slice. Place in baking dish. Combine margarine, sugar, salt and flour; cook over low heat until dissolved. Add orange juice; continue cooking until thickened. Pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes.
