Squash Casserole

2 1/2 lb squash, cooked, drained and mashed
1 small jar chopped pimentos
1 small onion, grated
2 carrots, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 stick margarine, melted
Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix

Mix together first 5 ingredients. Toss stuffing mix with melted margarine; add 3/4 of stuffing to vegetables and place in large casserole. Top with remaining stuffing. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.
