Scalloped Potatoes

Serves 8

8 medium potatoes, pared and sliced
1/4 cup chopped green peppers
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup milk
2 Tbsp salt
dash of pepper

Alternate layers of potatoes, green peppers and onions in greased 1 quart baking dish. Mix mushroom soup, milk and seasonings, pour over potatoes. Cover and bake at 350 F for 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are well done.
