1 pkg instant mashed potatoes
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup minced onion
1/2 cup chopped pimento
2 beaten eggs
Mix all ingredients and turn into lightly oiled 1 quart baking dish. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
