Baked potato salad

8 cooked potatoes peeled and diced
1 lb American cheese, diced
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped onion
salt and pepper
1/4 lb uncooked bacon
1/4 cup sliced olives

Mix together. Turn into buttered 9x13 inch pan. Top with 1/4 lb chopped uncooked bacon and 1/4 cup sliced olives. Bake at 350 F for 3/4 hours.
