8-10 banana peppers
1/2 cup oil
American cheese slices
Pepperidge Farm herb dressing mix
Wash and stem peppers. Slice in half, remove seeds, pat dry. Place 13x9 dish. Sprinkle with scant 1/2 cup oil. Cover with cheese slices. Sprinkle with dressing mix. Bake 25 minutes at 325 F oven (til cheese bubbles).
