Onion pie

2 cups chopped onion
1/2 cup margarine
1/4 cup flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 cup half and half
2 slightly beaten eggs
pie crust

Saute 2 cups chopped onion in margarine 5 minutes until golden. Add flour, salt, pepper and half and half. Cook until thick. Add eggs. Pour into unbaked 10 inch pie crust. Cover with top crust. Bake at 425 F for 45 minutes.
