1/3 to 1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 to 3/4 tsp cracked pepper
3/4 tsp monosodium glutamate
salad oil
1 lb fresh carrots

Slice carrots in thin strips. Place oil in skillet to cover bottom. Place carrots in hot oil. Pour soy sauce in slowly and add other ingredients. Stir fry until tender.
