Cabbage Cracker Pie

Serves 6

20 soda crackers
1 quart cabbage, finely shredded
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp celery seeds
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 cup butter or margarine

Coarsely crumble crackers; sprinkle half over bottom of a well greased pie plate. Fill with cabbage; top with remaining crumbs. Pour milk mixed with seasonings over cabbage, dot with butter. Bake at 350 F for 40-50 minutes.
