Broccoli supreme

2 pkgs frozen broccoli spears
1/4 lb butter
1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, grated
1/4 lb Ritz crackers, crushed
dash of lemon juice
dot of french (hot) mustard

Cook broccoli, drain; add 1/2 stick butter, cheese, lemon juice and mustard. Mix well and pour into casserole dish. Mix cracker crumbs with remaining butter and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 F for 20-30 minutes.
