Broccoli Souffle

Makes 12 generous servings

1 pkg frozen broccoli
1 1/2 cups grated cheese
8 slices white bread
4 eggs
2 cups milk
1/2 stick margarine

Cook broccoli until tender. Drain. Add cheese and 1/2 stick margarine. Add 4 beaten eggs and the 2 cups of milk. Combine all ingredients. Let stand overnight. Bake in large greased pyrex at 250 F for 1 1/2 hours.
