Boston Baked Beans

1 quart navy beans
6 cups cold water
1/2 Tbsp salt pork, cut into small pieces
1/4 Tbsp pepper
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp ground mustard
1 cup black molasses
1 onion, cut into small pieces
1 tsp allspice

Cook in dutch oven on low heat for seven hours.
