3 Tbsp flour
3 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp mustard
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup vinegar
2 whole eggs or 3 egg yolks

Mix well- flour, sugar, salt, mustard and pepper with cold water. Pour hot vinegar over this. Beat eggs until light. Mix all and boil until the right consistency. Add a little butter at the last.
NOTE: For slaw or for chicken or potato salad.
