Charlene's Recipe

Blue cheese dressing

1 quart mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk
1/4 tsp garlic powder
dash or two or red hot sauce, also of Worcestershire sauce
add chives, generously
sprinkle with Accent
add crumbled blue cheese to taste

Mix all ingredients well. Do not use electric mixer to blend. Use for salads, dips on baked potatoes and sandwiches. Keeps well for several weeks in the refrigerator.
