1 small pkg pre-cooked rice
2 Tbsp onion flakes
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 can solid pack tuna
3/4 tsp curry powder
Prepare rice as directed, adding onion flakes. Combine with other ingredients after rice cools. Serve chilled on lettuce.
