Mexican salad

1 large head lettuce
onions (if desired)
1 pkg grated cheddar or longhorn cheese
1 bottle Catalina dressing
2 tomatoes
radishes and celery (if desired)
1 can Mexican beans (drained)
1 small pkg Doritos

Combine lettuce, tomatoes, onion, radishes, celery and cheese. Put dressing over ingredients just before serving and break up Doritos over top of salad.
