Makes 1 1/2 to 2 dozen
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup molasses
1/2 cup soft oleo
1 beaten egg
1 cup cooked pumpkin
1 tsp soda
1/4 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups flour
Cream sugar, molasses and oleo. Add beaten egg and pumpkin. Then add soda, salt and flour. Bake at 375 F for 15-20 minutes.
