Hamburger Rolls

Makes 24 rolls

1 pkg hot roll mix
3/4 lb ground meat, browned
1 small onion, chopped fine
1/4 cup favorite mustard

Make hot rolls according to directions. While they are rising, brown ground meat with onions. Pour off excess fat, mix with mustard and set aside to cool. Roll out dough in large rectangle, 1/4 inch thick or less. Cut in squares. Place a heaping Tbsp of ground meat mixture on each square. Bring up corners of dough to seal meat in dough and to form a roll. Place seam side down on cookie sheet. Cover with waxed paper and lightweight towel. Let rise in warm place until double in bulk. Bake in preheated 375 F oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm with lots of butter.
NOTE: Can be partially baked and finished later. Can be reheated in foil. Freezes well. Serves with a salad, makes a meal.
