Mix together dry:
4 cups plain flour
1/4 cup sugar
1 pkg yeast
1/2 tsp salt
Make hole in dry mixture and pour in the following:
1 egg, beaten
3/4 cup oil
2 cups hot water
Mix and place in muffin tin or put in bowl and keep in refrigerator up to 2 weeks. Bake at 425 F for 20 minutes.
