Charlene's Recipe

Cheese biscuits

1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp shortening
3/4 cup shredded cheese
1 pimento, chopped
1/3 cup milk

Mix dry ingredients; cut in shortening and cheese. Add pimento and milk and mix well. Roll dough and cut into small biscuits.
