Sausage Breakfast

6 eggs beaten
1 lb pork sausage
6 slices bread, torn up
2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheese
1 tsp caraway seeds
1 tsp dry mustard
salt and pepper, to taste

Brown sausage with seeds. Mix all ingredients and put in 8x11 inch pan, ungreased. Bake at 350 F for 45 minutes. For 1 1/2 times recipe, use the same size pan and bake for an hour. May be prepared in advance and baked when needed.
