Sausage and Apple rings

2 lb sausage
1 1/2 cup cracker crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup onion
1 cup apples, chopped

Mix and place in 2 greased molds. Bake at 350 F for 1 hour if frozen, 30 minutes if not.
NOTE: A great dish to serve house guests for breakfast.
