Chicken Broccoli soup

Serves 4-6

1 lb fresh or frozen broccoli, chopped
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup cream

Cook broccoli until tender and drain. Puree broccoli in blender. Add milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Mix well and add cream of chicken soup: pour into a bowl and chill thoroughly. Just before serving add cream and mix well. If preferred, serve hot, but do not boil.
