Swiss fondue

1 lb Swiss cheese, diced
1 1/2 cups Sauterne wine
1 silver garlic
2 Tbsp cornstarch
sprinkle nutmeg
dash pepper

Grate mixture in blender one third at a time. Heat gently in fondue dish, stirring occasionally, until thick and bubbly. Serve with chunks of crusty French bread.
