Stuffed Mushrooms

Serves 10-15

3/4 to 1 lb sausage
2 cartons fresh mushrooms
1/4 to 1/2 cup bread crumbs

Clean and stem mushrooms. Chop stems fine. Mix stems, bread crumbs and sausage. Stuff caps. Bake 350 F, 20-30 minutes.
