Party Chicken livers

2 cups brown sugar
1 small can crushed pineapple
2 lbs bacon
2 lbs chicken livers
1 cup flour
2 large onions

Combine brown sugar and crushed pineapple in bowl that can be sealed. Cut slices of bacon in two pieces each and drop into above mixture. Seal and refrigerate overnight. Wash livers and drain; roll in flour and brown skillet with onions; cool for several hours. Cut livers into bite sized pieces; wrap with bacon and secure with toothpicks. Boil until crisp just before serving.
