1 cup chicken broth
1/2 cup butter of margarine
1 cup all purpose flour
1 Tbsp snipped parsley
2 tsp seasoned salt
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp celery seeds
1/2 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp cayenne (red pepper)
4 eggs
1 (5 oz) can boned chicken, drained and chopped
1/4 cup chopped toasted almonds

In a saucepan, combine chicken broth and butter or margarine; bring to boiling. Stir in flour, parsley, seasoned salt, worsestershire sauce, celery seeds, paprika and cayenne. Cook, beating rapidly until mixture leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth, compact ball. Remove fro heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition until mixture is shiny. Stir in chicken and almonds. Drop by rounded tsps onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake at 400 F oven for 15-18 minutes or until browned.
