1 (3-4 oz) blue cheese
onion, to taste
cayenne, to taste
1/4 cup milk
thin sliced bread
bacon
Trim and roll bread; spread with cheese mix and roll into pinwheel. Wrap bacon around and secure with 4 toothpicks placed evenly. Bake on a rack at 400 F until bacon browns. Remove and cut into quarters with a pick in each.
