Spare ribs appetizer

Serves 6
3 lbs spareribs
4 Tbsp unsulphured molasses
4 Tbsp prepared mustard
3 Tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp tabasco
3 Tbsp soy sauce
Preheat oven to moderate. (350 F) Have the spareribs racks cut in three lengthwise strips. Cut strips into individual ribs with kitchen shears. Place in shallow baking pan. Thoroughly combine molasses and prepared mustard. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Brush spareribs with part of the sauce. Bake one and one half hours, brushing frequently with remaining sauce. To serve, drain on absorbent paper and turn into chafing dish.
