Serves 4
1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
3/4 cup lime juice (10 limes)
3/4 cup sugar
2 cups water
Combine all ingredients and stir to dissolve sugar. Half fill each glass with crushed ice, fill with lime mixture. Garnish with lime slices.
