Cafe Glaze

1/2 gallon vanilla ice milk
2 Tbsp powdered instant coffee

Spoon ice cream into a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle coffee over. Beat with mixer folding with spatula working rapidly until blended. Return to container and freeze. Will decrease by one third.
