Sparkling Holiday Punch

Makes 3 quarts

2 pkgs frozen sliced strawberries
1 /2 cup sugar
4/ 5 quart rose wine
2 cans frozen lemonade
1 quart sparkling water, chilled or another 4/5 quart rose wine

In large bowl, combine thawed strawberries, sugar and rose wine. Strain mixture and let stand covered at room temperature for 1 hour. Force mixture through fine sieve, add thawed lemonade. Just before serving add sparkling water or rose wine. Add one tray ice cubes or ice mold.
