Asparagus with Mild Lemon Curry sauce

Serves 4
1 cup water
1 lb asparagus, trimmed (20-24 thin spears)
LEMON CURRY SAUCE:
1/3 cup fat free or low fat plain yogurt
2 Tbsp fat free or light mayonnaise dressing
2 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp salt
In a large skillet, bring water to a boil over high heat. Add asparagus and return to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 3 minutes, or until just tender-crisp. Drain on paper towels. Place on a serving place.
Meanwhile, in a small microwave safe bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients. Cover with plastic wrap. Cook on 100% power for 15 seconds. Stir, if sauce is not hot enough, cook, covered, for 10 seconds. Do not bring to a boil (sauce will break down). Pour sauce over asparagus.
