Mexican salad

Serves 4: 2 cups per serving
5 cups shredded romaine
1 /2 cup fat free or light ranch dressing
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
3 /4 tsp ground cumin
1 /8 tsp red hot pepper sauce
8 oz grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes, halved (about 1 1 /2 cups)
1 /2 (5 oz) can no salt added black beans, rinsed and drained
1 /2 (4 oz) can chopped milk green chilies, rinsed and drained
2 Tbsp snipped cilantro
1 cup shredded fat free sharp Cheddar cheese
Spread romaine in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
In a small bowl, stir together dressing, lime juice, cumin and hot pepper sauce. Spoon over romaine.
In order listed, add one layer of each of remaining ingredients.
