Serves 10-12

1 lb bacon, diced
1 onion, chopped
56 oz can pork and beans
1 /4 cup molasses
1 Tbsp vinegar
1 /2 tsp salt
1/ 4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 /4 cup ketchup
1/ 2 Tbsp mustard

Cook bacon with onion until crisp; drain and crumble. Combine all ingredients in an ungreased 3 1/ 2 quart casserole dish. Bake, uncovered at 300 F for 1 1/ 2 hours.
